Return / Refund Policy


PAYMENT & REFUNDS:

1. A student who withdraws from a Course (ACCA Paper) of study before the commencement of the semester/Intake and paid in full payment is eligible for a refund of tuition fees paid for the semester/Intake after receiving a clearance form from approval management. (WhatsApp +6017-988 4948)

2. A student who accepts the Course (ACCA Paper) based on the forecast result but, due to non-fulfilment of the entry requirement upon the official announcement of the examination result and shall be discontinued from the Course (ACCA Paper) or withdraw after the commencement of a semester/Intake or student eligible to pro-rated all tuition fees.

3. A student who withdraws from a Course (ACCA Paper) of study and subsequently enrols in another course (ACCA Paper) in the OSJ Global shall be eligible to have his/her enrollment fee waived after receiving a clearance form from approval management. (WhatsApp +6017-988 4948)

4. Deferment: Students who wish to defer their studies due to National Service, financial complications, medical reasons, or other reasons must obtain approval from approved personnel at the respective Faculty/Centre/Department. If an application for deferment is received and approved before the semester/Intake commences, the student will not be required to pay any fees for the semester. If a student applies for deferment after the semester/Intake starts, tuition fees will be transferred to the next semester/Intake on a prorated basis.

5. Extension: Students who wish to extend their online access to learning materials for the immediate next ACCA Exam will be charged RM 200.

6. OSJ Global will issue any applicable refund in the name of parent/guardian/sponsor as provided in a clearance form approved by the faculty, department/centre unless advised otherwise by the student.

7. All refunds shall be free of interest, and OSJ Global reserves the right to offset the refundable amount against any outstanding fees or whatever payment is due and owing to OSJ Global.

8. If a student is expelled, suspended, or terminated from the programme due to any sort of misconduct or non-attainment of academic requirements, there shall be no refund of fees paid. OSJ Global Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make changes to the procedures, rules, and regulations from time to time as it deems necessary without priority.
